Vincent Winery and Tasting Room

The Vincent Winery and Tasting Room is located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley wine country at the intersection of Hwy 154 and Roblar Ave.

The project is well located in the middle of an active vineyard with easy access to HWY 154 and plenty of onsite parking for winery visitors.

Entitlements, Permitting and Architectural Design

The building is a structural steel and metal frame building where the primary structure is a pre-engineered metal building with insulated roof panels.

Building Methods Used

The exterior and interior walls are framed with steel studs and then the building exterior has a smooth troweled plaster finish with a stone veneer wainscote around the entire perimeter. The interior walls are smooth troweled sheetrock in the public and wine tasting areas and in the production areas the walls are steel clad insulated panels for cleanliness.

A Metal Building with a Superior Fit & Finish

The building is divided into four working areas including the Public Wine Tasting Bar, patio and rest rooms, barrel storage room, Fermentation room and covered crush dock. The building has state-of-the-art wine production facilities and will be able to easily handle the grapes produced from the 18 acres of red and white grapes surrounding the building.

Although the steel structure of the building is classified as a Pre-Engineered Metal Building when all of the exterior finishes are applied you would not be able to tell if it is steel or wood.
